Q - How are the graphics done?
A - The graphics are embedded into the substraste through our patented, state-of-the-art imaging system. The
graphics are not simply applied like a decal or sticker.

Q - Are the graphics peel and scratch resistant?
A - Yes, because the graphics are embedded, it is impossible to peel, and also, because the graphic is part of the
hard finish, they are very scratch resistant.

Q - How do I clean the unit?
A - Any normal non-abrasive household cleaner may be used. Windex or glass cleaner gives a great result.

Q - Can we get a custom image on the cabinet color?
A - Yes, we are open to any custom project. Please contact us for information and pricing.

Q - How long does it take to assemble the unit?
A - Assembly from start to finish takes approximately 4 hours.

Q – What are the lead-times?
A – An order usually takes 4-6 weeks from time of order to time of delivery depending on order volume. Custom orders
may be longer.

Q – Where are they manufactured?
A – Unique Garage production facility is a 120 000 square/foot plant in Fayetteville NC.

Q – What is the warranty on the unit?
A – Unique Garage warranties all or their units for a full 5 years against manufactured defects.

Q – What are the dimensions of the units?
A – The overall dimensions of the unit is 7’ tall by 10’ long.

Q – Can these units be installed on an uneven floor?
A – Yes, thanks to the adjustable legs, the units can be installed on any floor.

Q – Are the graphics water and chemical resistant?
A – Yes, water splashes or even chemical or gas splashes will not affect the graphics.

Q – What if the unit is damaged in shipping?
A – If the unit is damaged during shipping – although very rare – it must be reported immediately to our customer
service to have the replacement parts re-sent.

Q – What if some parts are missing?
A – Again, although unlikely since everything is verified before shipping, a simple call to our customer service
department will have the parts needed shipped to you.

Q – Is there an installation option offered?
A – Yes, installation can be taken care of through our network of dealers accross the country. Fees will apply.

Q – Are there some similar products on the market?
A – No, this product is unique since no other graphics will last in the harsh garage environment.
